Answers to questions regarding the operation of charging stations and the use of PeM services

Polenergia eMobility network charging stations can be seen on the map and in the Polenergia eMobility mobile app.
The app also allows you to filter the station you are looking for by location, connector type, charging power or station availability.

To use the charging service, download the free Polenergia eMobility app available on the App Store and Google Play – registration is also encouraged, but not mandatory. Then follow the instructions in the app.
At some of the stations we additionally have payment terminals, where you can use the charging station without a mobile app. The charging station’s operating instructions are shown on the station’s casing.

There are four payment methods:

  • Polenergia eMobility mobile app for registered users with the ability to save payment card details. This is our recommended payment method because of the savings in both time and money, as registered users charge their vehicles cheaper,
  • Polenergia eMobility mobile app for unregistered users entering payment card details each time; card and user details are not saved in the app.

After selecting a charging point in the “Charging point details” tab, moving the slider that determines the payment limit, select the amount that will be blocked for the charging session. Once the charging is completed, the charging fee will be charged from this amount, while unused funds will be returned to the bank account within a period of time depending on the account bank’s policy. Banks have a maximum of 7 days to unlock the funds, but most banks do it much faster.

  • Payment terminal at the PeM station – payment by credit card, available at selected DC stations, is made by placing the payment card near the terminal, which causes a fixed amount to be blocked in the bank account for the duration of the charging session. Once the charging is completed, the charging fee will be charged from this amount, while unused funds will be returned to the bank account within a period of time depending on the account bank’s policy. Banks have a maximum of 7 days to unlock the funds, but most banks do it much faster.
  • Bank transfer on the basis of an invoice – the offer is designed for fleets with more than 20 electric vehicles (BEVs). For more information, please feel free to contact us.

We understand the needs of our users because we use electric cars ourselves.
Our network is based on both DC stations, including those with a maximum power of up to 350 kW, and AC stations, with a power of 11-22 kW.

Yes, we are actively looking for new locations to expand our network throughout Poland. We complete the paperwork and cover all costs arising from the construction and operation of the station. We invite the owners of attractive locations, including, among others: municipalities, housing cooperatives, office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, chain stores and others, responding to the needs of users.
If you have a site on which a public station could be constructed, please fill out the form.

You can entrust us with the management of your station, under one of the three available packages. As part of your access to the system, you will receive tools that give you full control and access to knowledge about what is happening at your charging station, as well as support in fulfilling your obligations under current regulations.
If you have a publicly accessible charging station and want to include it in our network, leave us your contact information – we’d be happy to learn more about the details and check out the possibility of cooperation.

If you do not know which station will meet your needs – feel free to contact us. We offer a wide selection of proven charging stations. We can help you select the right station for you or your business. We will be happy to learn about your expectations and check the possibilities of the connection, and then offer the best possible solution.
